It is a celebration that unites all municipalities and cities of Ilocos Sur. Showcasing their own products, culture, and traditions while boosting tourism and local economy. The festival also offers various activities like trade fairs, concerts, cosplay, bingo night, pageants, and battle of the bands, making it exciting not only for visitors but also for locals.            On February 1, the festival officially kicked off with the Ilocos Sur Trade and Food Fair at the Govantes Dike and Boardwalk.
